Our office neighbor is an odd bird.  Relatively cordial when he’s on his medication, he occasionally goes off the grid and takes to letting his house collapse around him, throwing trash all over the yard and street, and wandering around naked.  Most recently, something he was doing was enough to alarm the NOFD.  Another day in paradise.
